BEFORE WE MEET
Policies & Procedures
Arrival & Setup
Arrival is set for 15 minutes prior to appointment time for equipment set up. A quiet 10×8 ft space with minimal distractions, and access to a sink. Music is provided and requests are accepted.
Punctuality
If you are late, you will receive the remainder of your appointment time and be charged the full fee — out of respect for your therapists time and other clients booked.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your account or by texting 512-660-7152. Appointments can be booked up to 4 hours in advance. A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours in advance.
Payment
Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo

Pets are welcome — just make sure they won't be a distraction or a hazard during our session together.
Right to Terminate
The therapist and client both reserve the right to terminate the service at any time. Inappropriate conduct or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the therapeutic relationship and a report to the local authorities.
